    PEACHY is exactly as the name suggests, a session all about building the peach through a high volume, lower body program.

  • STRONG

    STRONG is in the name, and what ATHENA is all about. A program designed for you to become strong af. Learn to lift correctly, lift confidently and lift heavy.

  • HUSTLE

    The best of both worlds. A session combining both lifting and conditioning. Aiming to build your endurance and stamina, with the added bonus of your favourite lifts.

  • SWEAT

    SWEAT is designed purely to increase your fitness capacity. Each exercise is aimed to bring you one step closer to your peak fitness level with the extra boost of a group of like-minded women.

  • ALIGN

    A Pilates based mat class that will complement your training and hard work. ALIGN will connect your mind and body with a focus on breathing, centering and core stability. The perfect addition to your training schedule

  • MOBILITY

    Increase your range of motion with ATHENA's Mobility focused session. Move better, move stronger and without pain, working your flexibility and mobility for longevity.
